XPPen Deco 01 V3
Best for: Beginners learning digital drawing, students and Android or Chromebook users

XP-Pen
A 13.3 inch Full HD pen display with a fully laminated screen, a red dial, 60 degrees of pen tilt and 88% NTSC color, connected by a 3 in 1 cable.
Best for: Artists who want to draw on screen and use a dial to zoom and flip the canvas
The XPPen Artist 13.3 Pro V2 is a pen display: a 13.3 inch Full HD screen you draw on directly, so the line appears right under the pen tip. It is not a standalone tablet. It connects to your computer or laptop with the included 3 in 1 cable and shows your drawing app on its own screen.
The screen is fully laminated, which means the glass and the display are bonded together with virtually no gap, so the cursor sits close to the pen tip. XPPen pairs it with a battery-free pen rated at 16,384 pressure levels and up to 60 degrees of tilt, plus a red dial and 8 shortcut keys.
Based on the manufacturer's Amazon listing.
The glass and screen are bonded together, so there is virtually no parallax: the line appears where the pen touches, not slightly to one side.
XPPen lists 88% NTSC coverage, which it puts at 91% or more of Adobe RGB and 123% or more of sRGB, with a 178 degree viewing angle. A wide viewing angle means the picture holds up when you look at it from the side.
One wheel handles zoom, brush size and canvas flipping, and the 8 keys take the commands you use most, so you reach for the keyboard less.
Press lightly for a thin line and harder for a thick one, then tilt the pen to shade. The pen reports at 220 RPS and has a low initial activation force, so light strokes register.
There is nothing to charge. The pen has two customizable buttons, and it comes with 8 replacement nibs and a pen case that serves as a stand and holder.
It supports Photoshop, Illustrator, SAI and Blender 3D. Registering the device unlocks extra programs such as ArtRage 5 and openCanvas.
Look elsewhere if: you want to draw away from your desk without a computer. A standalone tablet such as the XPPen Magic Drawing Pad runs on its own.
